THE TENETS OF THE APOSTOLIC CHURCH

1. The Unity of the Godhead and the Trinity of the persons therein. (Numbers 6: 22-27; Isaiah 6:3, Matthew 3:16,17; 28:19; John 15:26, 1 John 5:7)
2. The utter depravity of human nature, the necessity for Repentance and Regeneration, And the Eternal Doom of the finally Impenitent. (Psalm 51:5; Matthew 25:41; 46; 2:13. John 3:3. Acts 2:38; 17:30; Romans 3: 10-18; Ephesians 2:13; 1 John 5:19; Revelation 20:12-15; 21:8).

Apostle Dr. E.S. Isaiah

Pastor Isaiah as some people call him or better yet (PI) serves as the Lead Pastor at The Apostolic Church, Heavenly Sound Assembly in Houston, Texas.
Pastor Isaiah was born and raised in Nigeria. He started preaching when he was only 14years old and God has favored Pastor Isaiah by allowing tremoundous and explosive growth to accompany his ministry.
With a practical, yet insightful and charismatic preaching style, Pastor Isaiah is dedicated to spreading the gospel of Jesus to everyone he meets. He is a sought-after speaker, worship leader, revivalist, teacher of the word and a prayer warrior, who is called upon to empower and bless the people of God as he travels the world proclaiming the word of God.
A doctorate degree holder from the prestigious Juliana King University and a sound lecturer of Biblical Studies. Pastor Isaiah has also hosted numerous worship concerts in more than 6 states in the US and has ministered in worship in more than six countries. He is also the CEO and Founder of Ety Isaiah Foundation based in Houston, Texas and also in Nigeria.
Pastor Isaiah has ministered along great gospel artist like Late Sammie Okposo, Niyi Adams, Ronke Adesokan, Micah Stampley, Dr. Panam Percy Paul, Dr. Sonnie Badu & lots more. He has been recognized by great names likes Mayor Sylvester Turner (Houston Mayor) Senator Ted Cruz (US Texas Senator) Senator Ted Poe (US Texas Rep) In 2018, Senator Cornyn of Texas in 2018. Pastor Isaiah was recognized by the Texas Senate for an outstanding humanitarian work. He is the Second child to the current Deputy National Secretary of The Apostolic Church, Nigeria.
He is currently the District Apostle of The Apostolic Church Akwa Cross in United States and also the current Territorial Chairman of The Apostolic Church AkwaCross Territory in United States. An Author and a great teacher.
He and his wife, Memi Isaiah, have been married since 2006. They are blessed with four wonderful children.

Apostle (Engr.)M. Akpan

Apostle Engr. M. E. Akpan’s “short bio” may be summarized as a life of learning, studying and teaching, and also of the preaching of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Some of the courses or programs that he learns and studies include; the Holy Bible, prayers, computers, structures, leadership, languages-spoken and unspoken, technical and engineering languages; he writes, draws and also uses his hands to work. He takes his challenges personally and notes that he has not yet reached where all his activities should be or may lead, but, in respect and love with others along the Christian way. He wants to always feel the love of God inside him and with the hope that every traveler can have hope, faith, charity and love while sharing the available resources and supporting each other as we do God’s work. He possesses many Diplomas and Certifications including BS, MS, Member Institute of Engineers and Technicians, PhD., Candidate. He served as Commissioner of Refugee and Immigrant Affairs, He headed many Departments and Units and the rest of his life in Teaching, Lecturing and Preaching.

Apostle U.C Itauma PhD

Pastor U. C. Itauma was born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria, where he spent his formative years and completed both his elementary and high school education. After briefly working with the Nigerian Breweries, he traveled to the United Kingdom to pursue higher education. There, he studied Computer Technology at the Polytechnic of Wales and the Polytechnic of Northeast London. His academic journey later took him to the United States, where he enrolled at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. He went on to earn a Master’s degree in Higher Educational Administration and Public Administration, followed by a Doctorate in Educational Policy and Leadership. After completing his studies, Pastor Itauma settled in Houston, Texas, where he worked with the Department of Human Services for five years. While working, he furthered his education at Prairie View A&M University, earning an MBA in Business Administration. Since 1992, he has served as a faculty member at several colleges and universities across Houston, except for Rice University, before retiring from academic teaching. In 2005, Pastor Itauma joined The Apostolic Church in Houston, Texas, as an Elder, having transferred from Qua Iboe Church, also in Houston. He served faithfully under the leadership of Pastor Dr. Okon A. Essien until his own call to Pastorship in 2012. In recognition of his dedication and service, he was elevated to the office of Apostle in 2023. Though retired from academia, Pastor Itauma remains fully devoted to the ministry, actively teaching and preaching the Word of God. His life reflects a commitment to education, service, and the advancement of the Gospel.

Apostle O.A Essien, PhD

Okon Akpan Essien attended Salvation Army primary school at Ikot Nte where he received standard six Certificate in 1958. Started teaching January3, 1959 at the same primary school he was a student the previous year. He passed through all the teacher training institutions available at the time; OYC at Nung Udoe; Grade three and Grade two TTC and advance TTC, Uyo. Taken and passed both Lower and Advance GCEs. I Worked as a Head Master in many Elementary schools before moving to teach secondary schools. I left to the United States of America to further my education from Ibesit Anwa Udoh Secondary school in 1978. In the US I went to Friend University where I was awarded my first degree in human Services in 1980. In 1981 I had my first Master’s Degree in Educational Administration and Supervision from Wichita State University. To get teacher certification and teach, I had to go back to get another Bachelors degree in Education, and I did the program at Kansas Newman College, finished in 1989 and awarded a second Bachelors in Special education and minor in History. I took teachers state board examination and passed, and was certified to teach in 1991. I was hired as a teacher by wichita Unified school District 259. in August 1991. I taught for the Unified School District from 1991 until I finished my PhD Program and moved to Houston in 1998. I had my first teaching job with Alief ISD at Elsik High school in September 1998. I left Alief school District in 2002, went to teach Harris county private schools. I taught Private Schools from 2002 until I retired from teaching in December 31, 2013 to concentrate in church Pastoring. 1. Called and Ordained Elder July 12, 1974 2.
